Nella scena finale del film, Neo, introdottosi nuovamente dentro Matrix, fa una telefonata (da un telefono pubblico) in cui promette alla gente imprigionata nel mondo illusorio di Matrix che “tutto è possibile”. Infine, riattacca la cornetta del telefono e vola via nel cielo sopra la città dimostrando che può piegare le leggi fisiche all’interno di Matrix (dal film MATRIX).

La versione italiana dice cose interessanti, ma MATRIX ha sofferto dello stesso destino in fase di doppiaggio del film ESSI VIVONO: versione italiana una cosa, versione originale tutt’altra.
